Twelve hours, one on one with the founder of Centurio. We measure all six first, then build the work around what your score says matters, rather than what sounds good.
Zoom or in person. One hour or two at a time, used across six months.
You told yourself Monday. It is Thursday. The gym bag is still in the boot and the hard call still has not been made.
Nobody else noticed. That is the part that costs you, because you noticed.
Self trust is a record you build, one kept promise at a time. We start with commitments small enough that you cannot talk your way out of them, then we make them heavier.
This suits you if some of these land.
Your calendar is full. Your inbox is handled. And you could not say out loud, in one sentence, what any of it is building toward.
Busy has been doing a very good impression of progress.
Direction is trainable. We name what you actually value, hold it against how you spent last week, and cut what does not survive the comparison. Most of the relief comes from the cutting.
A complete pass through all six Core Capacities, weighted toward the ones your assessment says need the work.
You choose the shape. Book an hour when the week is tight, two when you want to go deep. Twelve hours in total, used any time across six months.
You handled the meeting. You held it together through dinner. Then someone stacked the dishwasher wrong and you heard your own voice go somewhere you did not choose.
The moment is rarely the expensive part. The two days after it are.
Your response is trainable, and it gets trained in advance. We work your specific pressure moments by name, then rehearse the response while you are still in the room with someone watching.
Every session is one capacity, and every session ends with something concrete you can use that week.
The promises you make to yourself, and the standards you hold when there is no audience and no consequence.
Commitments sized so you keep them, and a daily record that shows you did.
Your values and your vision, held up against how you actually spend a week.
Your direction in writing, and the list of what to cut to protect it.
The space between what happens and how you respond, worked on your real pressure moments.
A rehearsed response for your highest pressure moment, tested in session.
Listening so people feel heard, saying hard things cleanly, and building the trust that makes both possible.
A way to run the conversation you have been putting off, and a date to have it.
Staying coachable when you are the most experienced person in the room, and turning a setback into something usable.
A rewrite of the story you tell about your hardest year, so it works for you.
Closing the gap between what you decide on Sunday and what you do on Wednesday.
Plans written as "if this happens, I do that", built for your real week.
The plan was good. The plan is still good. It is sitting in your notes from March, next to the one from January.
Knowing what to do stopped being the hard part a long time ago.
Discipline is the distance between deciding and doing, and it shortens with training. We build the decision into your week ahead of time, written as "if this happens, I do that", so execution stops depending on how you feel that morning.
This is also how we decide what to work on, so the plan comes from your data rather than a guess.
Before your first Capacity Session you take the full 36 question Centurio Mental Fitness Assessment. Six questions per capacity. It produces a score for each one, and an overall Mental Fitness Score.
At the end we run it again. The same instrument, the same questions, so the comparison is real.
Your score belongs to you. Progress is personal, and the point is the direction it moves.
Take a single session on whichever capacity is costing you most right now. If it fits, move to the full twelve hours.
Outcomes vary, because you do. These are the changes that come up most.
Decisions get faster, because you know what you are optimising for.
The recovery time after a bad moment shrinks from days to minutes.
The distance between what you intend on Sunday and what you do on Wednesday closes.
You stop renegotiating the same decision with yourself every morning.
Hard conversations happen earlier, and take less out of you.
Your team or your family notices the change before you mention it.
One honest note. None of this finishes. Mental Fitness is a practice, the same way physical fitness is a practice. You do not arrive at it and stop. What changes is how fast you notice, and how quickly you come back.
Sterling Cincotta founded Centurio and built the Mental Fitness Model the training runs on. Every session is with him directly.
Twenty years building businesses across property, finance, hospitality, tourism, automotive and sport, and through 2025 he delivered this same six capacity work to teams in law, finance, media and property across Hong Kong and Singapore. He presents every Tuesday Training himself.
One hour on a single Core Capacity, chosen for what is costing you most right now.
The complete pass through all six Core Capacities, plus the measurement either side of it.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your first Capacity Session has not taken place.
No. Mental Fitness is training, the way a gym trains the body. Mental health support helps people recover when something is wrong. Mental Fitness prepares you so less goes wrong in the first place. If something clinical comes up in our work, Sterling will tell you plainly and point you toward the right professional.
The Full Bundle is twelve hours of session time. You book those as one hour or two at a time, whichever suits the week, so the number of sessions is up to you. Use them any time across six months.
Your assessment decides it. All six capacities get covered, and the hours get weighted toward the scores that need them. That is why the page does not tell you which capacity is your problem. Your data does.
The Discovery Session covers your context and what you want to be different. You take the 36 question assessment around it, which sets the baseline. By the end we have agreed the order of the capacities and the shape of your hours.
Either. Most sessions run on Zoom, and in person works if you are close enough. You choose when you book.
Reschedule with 24 hours notice at no cost. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours, or missed, count as delivered. Your first missed session is waived automatically, no questions asked.
You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your first Capacity Session has not yet taken place. Once session work has begun, sessions delivered are non refundable.
No. Single sessions exist for exactly that reason. Take one hour on the capacity costing you most, and decide afterwards.
Yes. Insights from our work may inform future Centurio training content, always anonymised and generalised, never attributed to you or identifiably drawn from your situation, without your separate explicit permission.
The books give you information. This is practice, with someone watching, on your own situation, measured at the start and again at the end. Training beats motivation, and practice beats information.
Twelve hours that change how you handle the next twelve months.
Not ready to book? The free Mental Fitness Score takes about three minutes and tells you where you sit across all six.
