Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Centurio Collective ("Centurio," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to centuriocollective.com and every page, tool, and service linked to it, including the Mental Fitness Score assessment, our membership, and Centurio 1:1 coaching.
1. What We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — name and email address, when you join our waitlist, complete the Mental Fitness Score assessment, or purchase a membership or coaching session.
- Assessment responses — your answers to the 12 Mental Fitness Score questions, and the resulting scores. These are self-reported responses about your own thoughts, habits, and behaviours, and we treat them as sensitive information regardless of how Australian law currently classifies them.
- Payment information — when you purchase a membership or 1:1 coaching, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not see, collect, or store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction information (amount, date, product purchased) from Stripe.
- Booking information — when you book a Discovery Session or Single Session through Calendly, we receive your name, email, and the time you selected.
- Coaching session content — if you purchase Centurio 1:1, insights from our conversations may inform future Centurio training content. This is always anonymised and generalised, and never attributed to you or identifiably drawn from your specific situation, without your separate explicit permission.
Information collected automatically
- Website usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring source, and general device/browser information, collected via Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the service you've signed up for — waitlist updates, your assessment results, your membership access, or your coaching sessions.
- To send you the Mental Fitness Score PDF report you request.
- To communicate with you about your account, bookings, or purchases.
- With your consent, to send you updates about Centurio, including Tuesday Training launch updates and related content.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use our site and tools, so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
3. Who We Share Information With
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Centurio. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
- Calendly — appointment scheduling for 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Netlify — website hosting and form submission handling.
- Google (Calendar, Drive) — internal scheduling and content management. Your information is not shared into these tools unless you've made a booking.
We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. International Data Transfers
Centurio is based in Australia, but our service providers (including Stripe, Google, and Netlify) may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on our providers' own compliance with applicable data protection standards, including standard contractual protections where relevant.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as you have an active relationship with Centurio (waitlist member, subscriber, or coaching client), and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal obligation to retain it, we will do so within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any information that's inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, subject to our legal and accounting retention obligations.
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, via the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
We'll respond to any request within 30 days. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it over time. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed and how people move through the Mental Fitness Score assessment. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and we use it in aggregate to improve the site over time. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, and we never send it your name, your email address, or your Mental Fitness Score itself. You can opt out at any time using your browser settings, or by installing a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics.
8. Children's Privacy
Centurio's services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we've collected information from someone under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including relying on established, reputable providers (Stripe, Google, Netlify) for the storage and processing of sensitive data rather than building our own infrastructure for it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including as Australian privacy law continues to evolve through 2026 and beyond. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
11. Contact Us

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
